Q. Do you have packages I can pick from?

Absolutely. Send us a message and we can share some of our pre-built packages with you.

Q. What file format will my final files be delivered in?

All photos/videos meant for social media will be sized to fit perfectly on each platform (IG Story/Reel, IG Grid, Tiktok, Facebook or Youtube). E-commerce and web images will be delivered in web ready and high resolution versions for maximum versatility.

Q. Do you offer monthly/quarterly packages?

We love working with returning clients. Let us know how often you need content and we’ll put together a plan.

Q. How long will it take to get my final images?

After receiving the products, it will usually take a few weeks for us to have your final assets ready. If you need them faster, just let us know and we can work something out.

Q. Do you work with brands outside of Canada?

If you can ship it to us, we can work with you!
