PARKING
We have 3 parking spots reserved for the studio. 2 spots are located directly in front of the studio, one is in front of our garage door and the other has a parking sign that reads: Parking Reserved For Unit 17. There is one additional spot across from the studio that has the exact same reservation sign as above. Feel free to park in front of our garage door. We just ask that you avoid parking in front of our neighbours' garages or any reserved spots for units other than 17 as you could be towed. Any parking spots without signage along the exterior of the property can also be used as additional visitor parking if available.

Feel free to adjust the temperature via our Google home which is located on the side table next to the couch. 

STUDIO SHOES (WINTER)
The studio floor can get wet when it's a snowy day. We recommend you, and anyone coming to the studio, bring a pair of indoor shoes during the winter. We have plenty of mats and a boot rack at the front door.

RENTALS 
If you've requested rentals, they will be set up upon your arrival. If you need to change or add rentals, just let us know. Our rental prices can be found here: https://www.12hour.ca/rental-gear

SEAMLESS PAPER
We have all our seamless papers on the wall, if you plan on shooting against the entire wall and need them removed, just let us know and we'll take them down before you arrive. If you ask us to remove them when you arrive, this time will count towards your rental. Renters are not permitted to remove the seamless on their own. If you'd like to use a seamless for your shoot, let us know in advance and we can rent one to you along with the stands for $45. If you need to stand on the seamless paper, it is billed at an additional $5/foot used. 

FIRST AID KIT
We have a first aid kit located on top of the fridge.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER
Located on the wall in the kitchen near the washroom.
